Floor

Composition:

      • External wainscot: flat galvanized steel sheet metal in a thickness of 0.5mm.

      • Insulation filling: XPS insulation board in a thickness of 90mm among steel transverse supports

      • Steam blockade: PE foil in a thickness of 80μm

      • waterproof plywood panel in a thickness of 18 mm

      • 1.5mm vinyl sheet.

      Permitted loading: 3.50 KN/m2

      Coefficient of thermal conductivity: K=0,045 W/m2 k

Ceiling

 Composition:

      • External wainscot: flat galvanized and painted steel sheet metal in a thickness of 0.5mm

       • Insulation filling: mineral wool in a thickness of 100mm among steel purlins

       • Inner wainscot: 50mm EPS sandwich panel

       Meteor water outlet: 4 each of PVC rainwater pipes, diameter 40mm in comer pillars

       Permitted loading: 1.50 KN/m2

       Coefficient of thermal conductivity: K=0,045 W/m2 k

Facade Walls

     Side panel’s width: 1145mm; total panel thickness: 60mm. five panels fit into the long side and two panels fit into the short  

     side of container and they are fully interchangeable  

     Composition:

      • External wainscot: galvanized and painted steel sheet metal in a thickness of 0.5mm

      • Insulation filling: XPS in a thickness of 50mm in the steel framework

      • Inner wainscot: 9mm MDF panel with wood pattern film

     Joining of panels with PVC concavo-convex profiles

      Permitted loading: 1.00 KN/m2

      Coefficient of thermal conductivity: K=0,045 W/m2 k

Door

      • External door: AL, single fold, filled door with opening dimensions of 810X2000mm, furnished with a cylinder lock with 3

           keys.  

     • Doorframe is made of painted sheet metal, with overall dimensions of 830X2025mm, 40mm thick, made of painted sheet  

         metal as the framework, insulated with polyurethane foam

Window

Windows are made of: PVC, white color, with dimensions 800X1100mm,

Glass: glazed with single layer glass in a thickness of 5mm, with “tilt & swing” or sliding mechanism, supplied with external ALU. Rolling shutters in AL guides.

Installation

        • Packed as a kit container with all the necessary components

        • Only needed few semi-skill workers for erection and installation

        • Instruction will be provided by Silverwood

        • It takes 4workers 4 hours to assemble
